Rotary Youth Exchange

Welcome to the Rotary Youth Exchange program in District 9560, where we believe that the future lies in the hands of our youth. Our program offers students an incredible opportunity to connect with cultures from around the world, foster lifelong friendships, and promote world peace and understanding.

What is Rotary Youth Exchange?

Rotary Youth Exchange is an immersive international experience that enables high school students to live and study abroad. Through our program, both long-term (12 months) and short-term (3 months) exchanges are available, allowing students to choose a path that best suits their educational and personal goals.

Why Participate?

– Cultural Exchange: Students live with host families and attend local schools, providing a unique chance to experience daily life in another country. This firsthand immersion helps students gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of different cultures and customs.

– Personal Growth: Rotary Youth Exchange challenges students to step out of their comfort zones, developing confidence, independence, and resilience. The skills gained through this experience will benefit them for years to come in their personal and professional lives.

How to Get Involved

Students interested in participating must meet specific eligibility requirements, including age and academic standing. Both inbound and outbound exchanges are supported through our dedicated team of Rotarians, who are committed to ensuring a safe and enriching experience for every participant.
