For each attendee accommodation is provided at the IBIS Brisbane Airport Hotel.
Twin rooms are available if required.
Please indicate your preference of room style for accommodation.
TRAVEL
For those travelling by car – we would ask that you carpool as much as possible. The owner of the vehicle will be reimbursed per km travelled. Reimbursement claim forms will be available during the event from DFC.
For those using air travel this will be arranged by Tourmaline Travel. Ida Portella will contact you to arrange your flights. District will pay for these flights. Transport to and from your home and airport will be reimbursed – please keep your receipts and lodge a reimbursement claim with the DFC.

If you wish you can fly down earlier & stay longer, the return flights will be covered by the District, however the additional accommodation will be at your cost.
