Rotary District 9560, every club, every Rotarian, their partners and volunteers are covered by the Rotary National Insurance Program.
Insurance is available for officially constituted Rotary activities, provided they are fully documented, minuted & the activity is lodged with the District Insurance Officer.
Risk Management and Insurance for Rotary organised events is a very important matter and becomes more so every year.
The obligation to mitigate risk and protect all members and participants is paramount in everything we do.
Please read the below information that describes the procedure to be followed.
Be warned, should there be a claim resulting from a Club event and a Rotary Project & Event Notification Form has not been submitted to the District Insurance Offer the Insurer may deny the claim. It is therefore essential that Clubs have this paperwork in place prior to the running of any event.
