Rotary District 9560 has considered whether it has any compliance obligations in relation to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
D9560 is not currently required to comply with the Privacy Act and the APPs.
Although we are not required to comply with the Privacy Act, we have decided to password protect the directory and restrict downloads as a best practice approach.
D9560 remains committed to respecting the privacy of its members and will continue to review its privacy approach as part of its governance obligations.
