CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE ($160) WILL BE REFUNDED BY DISTRICT 9560 FOR ALL ROTARIANS OF DISTRICT 9560.

District Emails

Is your club using your district email account? 

Our insurance company requires all clubs to use their district email account for communication. This is to ensure that records are all kept in one central system. 

If you are having trouble getting into your emails, please contact our Systems Team. 

Email Distribution Groups

To ensure appropriate and effective communication across our district, we’ve introduced new restrictions on the use of the clubs.all@rotary9560.org email distribution group.

This group includes all club district email addresses as well as personal emails of current Presidents and Secretaries, so it’s important we manage its use carefully.

New Policy Highlights:

• Approval Required: All emails sent to clubs.all@rotary9560.org will now be reviewed and approved by the District Governor before distribution.
• District Officers Exempt: If you are a District Officer, your emails will bypass this approval process and be sent directly.
• Area Distribution Preferred: For club-level events (e.g., movie nights, fundraisers), please use your area-specific distribution list instead of clubs.all@rotary9560.org

This change is in response to a recent increase in internal and external emails sent to the full distribution list, and aims to reduce unnecessary or inappropriate communications.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful and efficient communication environment.
